First-time home buyer here... I met Tabitha (Cambell-Flick), and I was immediately comfortable with her ...She was very personable and listened to what I was looking for in a home. I have to admit, I'm not the easiest to deal with, and through it all, Tabitha remained very, very, patient ... (did I mention Very patient ??!! lol) She always remained professional and knowledgeable about the properties we visited ...and she helped me find the perfect place near my family... Tabathia helped us purchase our first home in Florida! We knew from the very beginning that we were in good hands! Tabathia understood our needs and gave us extremely detailed information about the house, as well as the local community, from safety to noise level, the whole nine yards, During the negotiation process, I was pleasantly surprised to realize that Tabathia is the realtor who puts her customer’s interest before her own. Tabathia is also very resourceful and we have completely relied on her referrals for a great lender, a reliable home inspector, as well as contractors and cleaning ladies. The house we bought is a “smart” home which could confuse people like us who are not very tech savvy. Tabitha is amazing. We were first time home buyers and she had no problem answering all of our questions, no matter how small they might have been. She answered her phone promptly. She even stayed with us during the 3 hour closing process!
